What happens next?

2. You tick this box if you would like the opportunity to make changes to your order for a short time after it has been placed
N.B Please note that if you tick this box, your order will remain open for one week. After that point, you may still be able to change your order but you will have to log in-to check whether it has already been collected by the atelier. Do not select this box if your order is urgent.

3. Finally, you place the order by paying a Fixed Deposit of £90 by clicking on
Buy Now below.

After your order is placed, you will be able to track your order in your account under My Orders. You will receive a confirmation emailing explaining what to do next.

Delivery

Your bag will be delivered within 6 weeks of ordering (unless you have selected a later delivery date). Most orders are delivered in 2-4 weeks. Please put a note on the Comments page if you need the bag urgently.

Payment of Balance

We take an initial deposit and the balance is processed about a week before shipment. We will always inform you before charging your card. We may need to contact you to confirm your payment details. Either way we will be in touch.

Follow Your Bag

You can check on the approximate production date for your bag here. This information, including production date, can change and it is recommended that you log-in regularly to check its progress.
