If you love your bag, enjoyed the experience of purchasing from us or even have a grumble or something else to tell us, this is the place to add your review.
We want our customers to have access to independent reviews to help them with their selections. You contribute and you are able to read others’ reviews in return. All reviews are 100% genuine and we ask customers to post up to 3 photographs with their review so that others can see it in action.

This section is for you upload your own images and view those of others. Seeing a bag in a real-life setting is a great tool in helping customers make a decision about the right bag for you.
Please don’t be shy! Feel free to post any images of your bags that you think others will like. Please try to post images which are around 250kb and with largest side 1,000 pixels.
The bigger the better up to that size. You can check to see how large your image is and whether it needs adjusting by looking at it in the Image Gallery after you have posted it and we have accepted it.

My beautiful I'm Beautiful in Root Brown with pink lining
It feels a bit strange reviewing one of my own bags, but I received it yesterday and thought "why not"?
I had a really pleasant surprise when these bags arrived, because I hadn't seen the root brown one in person before and the pictures the photographer took, although great, do not do this bag justice. The first thing I did was run around the neighbourhood snapping pictures. Since I ask customers to do this all the time it was the least I could do!
The bag is very lightweight because the Root pebbled is a different pebbled to the black we use (it's the same as the dark purple and port, for those who own bags in that leather). It is a bit heavy when you put a laptop inside it, but what laptop bag isn't? I also asked Magnus to try it to see if it was heavier than his laptop rucksack and in fact it's lighter.
Last night I went for dinner to a delicious restaurant in Stockholm and it was cold and raining so I wore my new long chocolate cashmere cardigan with a chocolate brown fur gillet over the top (you had to see it) topped off with the root brown IB Midi with gold hardware.
