I received your email yesterday morning and within hours my bag arrived!!!!!!! IT WAS MAGIC!!!!! I love it and I thank you all for also enclosing the silver pull for my grey midi....please tell the ladies thank you for packing it so beautifully!!! And to you, Jackie, and also Maya and Rose my deepest thank you for a beautiful bag. Most of all thank you for your most incredible customer service...I must say, I have never been made to feel so special before by anyone in the service industry....you all go above and beyond and you could teach a thing or two to Nordstrom's and many others!! Make Me Smile  "I meant to write and tell you that my Make Me Smile has been FANTASTIC for a nursing, full-time working mom. I unbuckled the side straps and it's the perfect size tote to carry all my stuff (wallet, AP, ipod, blackberry, a burp cloth, magazines), along with an insulated bag for my pump, 2 bottles, and parts. I took it to NYC for a meeting the other day and got a ton of compliments, but more importantly it was definitely a "carry all" so I didn't have to haul around a ton of other bags on the train. I don't know why it doesn't seem to be talked about as much as the other bags you have - it's really a great professional bag."Whisper To Me Midi  "Just wanted to confirm I just received a lovely box from you all today which contained my petrol pebbled luxe WTM midi...and once again I am BLOWN AWAY! No other words... I was concerned about the color (would it be too dark etc since I had not seen a swatch) and the style as this is my first WTM of any size...This is probably my favorite BE bag yet...the color is to die for (great job on picking this one Jackie!!) and the style...WOW...I love the options to carry it, and the light blue lining I chose just compliments the leather so well...
