GIFT CARDS
Saturday, 01 September 2012 by Belen Echandia Belen Echandia Gift Cards are sold and distributed by Belen Echandia subject to the following terms and conditions:1. Gift Cards can be redeemed against all products on the www.belenechandia.com site;
2. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from date stated on the voucher. Gift cards sent out by Belen Echandia at the end of each year are valid on orders placed between 1 January to 31 December the following year. Gift cards sent out as thank yous for 2011 are valid on orders placed between 1 January to 31 December 2012;
3. If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Card all remaining balances exceeding the value of your gift credit or store credit must be paid;
4. If your order total is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance will be credited to your account and will be redeemed against subsequent orders. At this time you cannot check your account balance on the website. Please email aimee(@)belenechandia.com and she will check it manually;
5. Gift Cards are non-transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash;
6. If you return products you have purchased using a Gift Card, the remaining balance will be credited to your account as store credit and will be redeemed against subsequent orders. At this time you cannot check your account balance on the website. Please email aimee(@)belenechandia.com and she will check it manually;
7. Belen Echandia is not liable for delivery of a Gift Card to an incorrect or non-existent email address unless posted by us. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
8. Belen Echandia is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission, but we have a list of all gift vouchers distributed and we will try our best to assist.
9. Belen Echandia reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if we consider it necessary to do so.
10. Promotion codes cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Cards with the exception of free shipping codes.
11. Gift cards given out by Belen Echandia rather than purchased may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Subject to this, they may be used during sales and against bespoke orders. We do not aggregate discounts and a % discount cannot be used against any other offer.
12. These terms and conditions may be amended at any time.
