This Belen Echandia guarantee covers manufacturing faults and their corresponding repairs. If you receive a bag with a manufacturing fault you simply need to let us know what you think is wrong with it before you use it and we will fix or replace it. If your bag develops a manufacturing fault we will send replacements or repair your bag free of charge. A manufacturing fault is a fault on the zippers, stitching, clasps, other hardware or lining.
Please note, we cannot be responsible for non-manufacturing problems such as lost tassels, tears, marks, abrasions, wear & tear, leather fade or damage from use/misuse - but we can advise you on the best products to treat your handbag and if possible we will provide replacements for a small fee. We apologise for the inconvenience of sending a picture, but this will help us to help you as quickly as possible by ensuring that your bag is sent to the right department for repair. One of our team will contact you within 2 business days. If we do not, please resend your email as it may not have been received.
Please return all items to Belen Echandia using a signed for postal service once you have spoken with a representative. You will be responsible for the cost of postage and we cannot take responsibility if your bag or wallet goes missing.
