Lulu Organics

Sunday, 13 March 2011 by Lydia Parafianowicz

Lulu Organics is a grassroots company, offering a holistic beauty line based on organic products that are safe for your body. With just a few products to choose from, their collection has already been receiving some buzz in the beauty world, which will hopefully lead to the launch of more fab goodies.

I’ve tried their Vetiver Hair Powder, which is an instant pick-me-up on days when washing my hair is out of the question during the morning rush. My powder is scented with a woody vetiver layered layered with dark black pepper and coriander oil. It’s musky but not overpowering.

I’ve also tried their Lip Balm, infused with mint, cardamom and a hint of tangerine. It’s delicious and super moisturizing for my lips.

Don’t expect the products to smell frou-frou, fruity or fancy – instead they are earthy and clearly organic, as if you’ve taken a whiff of a natural health and beauty shop. I love knowing that what I’m using on my body is full of nutrients instead of chemicals.

Get yours online at Mint & Berry, Beauty Habitat, Urban Outfitters or Macadamia.
