Whether under the harsh fluorescent lighting of the office, intense UV rays of the sun or hovering over a hot stove, our skin is put through the wringer and stressed on a daily basis.
At the end of the day, it can feel grimy, tired and dry. I find it difficult to find a true cleansing and moisturizing routine that lasts throughout the day and gives me an extra boost to maintain a healthy complexion under my makeup. Recently, I tired Skyn ICELAND products and was amazed at their solutions for my delicate skin.
Beginning with their Pure Cloud Cleanser with Biospheric Complex, a blend of Iceland’s most coveted nutrients including glacial water, Arctic berries, oxygenated lipsomes, butterfly bush and thyme extracts, my skin felt soothed and instantly relieved. The ultra creamy cleanser also removes dirt and makeup using coconut oil and olive fruit oil while shea butter and cocoa butter help hydrate and encourage cell renewal. It’s also packed with jojoba see extract, aloe extract, Vitamin E and Angelica archangelica, an Icelandic botanical proven to be highly effective in preventing infection and defending skin against environmental stresses. It came with a muslin cloth used to gently wipe off the cleanser and ensure a pure, refreshing and natural glow.
