Hi, I'm new to BE and recently tried to place a BE Couture order. How do I know that my order has gone through correctly?
Hello! Thank you for your enquiry. When placing your BE Couture order, we ask that you please do the following to ensure that your order is placed with the desired specifications.
1. Please ensure that you are logged in when placing your order, if you are not logged in, changes to your order will not be possible after the order has been submitted.
2. After placing the order or after making any changes, please log back in to make sure that your changes are showing correctly
3. Changes can be made to an order at any time, up until the time that an order is collected. As a result, the BE team is not able to check BEC orders for mistakes, since it would not be possible for us to know if a customer has changed their mind and their order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the order is correct on the system at all times, as an order logged on our system is live and can be produced at any time.
