I'm a bit unclear about the policy change with BE tags, can you please clarify? Thank you.
Hello! Thank you for your enquiry. We have decided to change our policy regarding the replacement of BE tags, simply because many times we are unable to replace a set of tags due to lack of a particular leather colour. With this in mind, we have changed our policy to simplify the process of replacing the crystals in tags that have been lost.
Instead of ordering a new set of tags, we will now be requesting that customers send their current set of tags to the atelier to have the lost crystal replaced. The service itself does not incur any fees, although we will be charging £5 or $8 in advance for postage.
It is our hope that this policy change will enable our customers to fully enjoy their beautiful bags and BE tags.
