Question -
Hi there,
I have had a bag for a year and a half and the leather has faded somewhat.
When I bought it you told me that this leather was very hard-wearing, so I am disappointed.
Do you have any suggestions?
Thank you.

We are sorry to hear that the colour of your bag may have faded. It is correct that the pebbled leather is very hardwearing. We have never heard of colour fade on that particular leather, but like any material, colours may fade with sunlight or bright lights.
This can also happen during storage. It is very important to take your bags out of storage and air them regularly. They need to be kept moist and regularly wiped over with a slightly damp cloth. All this information is available on our website, here:

As with any item, it must be cared for properly and may need occasional maintenance. Leather can be replenished using specialist creams. We do not sell these, but we highly recommend Lovin My Bags, who offer both an in-house restoration service and treat-at-home creams, Barbara at Lovin My Bags is very helpful and will be able to advise you on a restoration cream that can saturate the colour. These are very inexpensive and should assist you in caring for your bag and enjoying it for a long time to come.
