Question -
I sent an email this morning (about 3 hours ago) and I still haven’t heard back from you. How soon will I have a response?
Answer -
Hi Hannah, thank you for your question.We are sorry that it took us a little longer than you expected to reply. We do our very best to address all emails within 24-48 hours and will send you a quick note if it is a matter that requires extra time and research. Please note that our staff does take time off during the weekends and therefore queries may not be addressed until the following business day/Monday.
However, if you are lucky and catch one of us at the right moment, you may receive a response even just a couple of minutes after you email us. Although we give guidelines of 24-48 hours, our responses are almost always much faster.
