I'm hooked on BE!

This will be my 3rd BE purchase as I'm hooked but have to save up a bit in between!

I'd just like to let you know as well, the customer service he got was so amazing ( I think he couldn't decide on colour and you sent him 3 purses to have a look at and he only had to pay for one and then send back whichever 2 he didn't want).

I've also found the same whenever I email or order too. It's so nice to be treated really individually and find such great customer service. It makes the purchase/product so much more enjoyable.
