A Conference with Whisper To Me Midi Cobalt

You both deserve medals of real gold for all you have done for me. I have just arrived home and will be here all evening awaiting the replacement parcel.

We have guests for supper, so I may have to wait until later to rip open the parcel and be united with glorious Cobalt, but I promise I will email again before I go to bed to let you know all is well.

I also intend to post on 'The Purse Forum' (where I am a long time member - in fact one of my earliest posts ever was about Belen Echandia back in 2006!) to let the wider world know what an amazing team you are - it is beyond kind and professional the way you have dealt with this situation - the NHS could learn a lot from your courteous, responsive and patient approach!

I shall be the one at the boring international medical conference in Chicago with Cobalt - yay!
